Important considerations in searching for and using tests
Declaration of commitment and feedback form
The tests published in the Open Test Archive are primarily research instruments, provided by the copyright holders for further use.
Users should consider the following:
(1) The copyright remains with the original authors.
(2) Users are required to provide feedback to test authors regarding the implementation and results of the test. This is done by completing the feedback form, available under “Downloads,” which will be sent to the test authors.
(3) All test instruments are licensed under a Creative Commons agreement.
The specific license for each test can be found in the respective test overview in the box on the right (see “Copyright”).
Details about Creative Commons licenses can be found here.
(These licenses are not to be confused with the specific conditions of software licenses!)
