FEBO
Fragebogen zur Erfassung der Bezugsnorm-Orientierung
Short abstract
FEBO measures the reference norm orientation and can be used by teachers in psychological and pedagogical research. Basis for the development of the questionnaire was the conception of the reference norm orientation. It comprises 39 items on five subscales (performance comparison, causal attribution, individualisation tendency, expectation, sanctioning strategy). Reliability: Retest reliability after a 6-week interval was rtt = .72. For internal consistency according to Hoyt (1941), values between rtt = .85 and rtt = .87 were determined for four different samples. Validity: Correlations between the FEBO overall test values and the "small assessment task" resulted in coefficients between r = .16 and r = .33 (individual reference standard) or between r = -.30 and r = -.43 (social reference standard). On the basis of factor analyses with different samples and rotation procedures, a single factor structure could be shown.
