TAKAI
Team-Arbeit-Kontext-Analyse Inventar
Short abstract
The Team-Work-Context-Analysis Inventory (TAKAI) is designed to assess the work environment and the demands on employees or teams in high-risk organizations (HROs) or classic teams outside such organizations. It consists of 62 questions (seven-point response scale) that capture four central categories of the work environment (complexity, contextual criteria, shared mental model, adaptive behaviors) with 14 item groups and 12 individual items as indicators. The corresponding survey categories were recorded after extensive literature research, visits to various HROs, observation at CRM trainings, and subsequent review of the resulting item group structure. Reliability: internal consistency is Cronbach's alpha > = .60 (three exceptions: .50 > alpha < .60). Validity: Discriminant validity was tested.
