G-TUQ
Deutsche Version des Telehealth Usability Questionnaire
Short abstract
The German version of the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (G-TUQ) is used to evaluate the user-friendliness/usability of telehealth implementations and services, such as digital health applications (DiGAs). It comprises 21 items that reflect six usability factors (perceived usefulness, ease of use and learnability, interface quality, interaction quality, reliability, and satisfaction and future use). Reliability: For the German short version, Telehealth Usability and Perceived Usefulness Short Questionnaire (TUUSQ), internal consistencies of Cronbach α = .93 (factor 1: perceived usefulness for healthcare) and Cronbach α = .92 (factor 2: usability) were found. Validity: G-TUQ is content-valid. Both the long and short versions have been examined using factor analysis. Further investigations are still pending.
