TeamPuls
TeamPuls - Teamdiagnose
Short abstract
TeamPuls is an assessment instrument for team diagnosis. It is based on a questionnaire with 56 items relating to the performance of teams and assigned to seven dimensions. It can be supplemented by ten team type-related statements that capture the specific requirements of each team type (management, production, sales, social or technical service teams). Reliability: Internal consistency coefficients of Cronbach's Alpha = .78-.91 were determined for the individual dimensions. Validity: Case studies prove the criterion validity. Correlations of the seven TeamPuls dimensions with key performance indicators vary between r = .36 and r = .89 and with the number of mistakes made in the team between r = -.22 and r = - .65. A cross-lagged panel analysis showed that team quality can be considered a predictor of key business indicators. The construct validity was checked by explorative and confirmatory factor analyses, the results of which largely correspond to the theoretical model assumptions. The enlightened variance of the exploratory factor solution is 50.3%. norms: Team-specific reference values are available on the basis of percentile ranks (N = 1 522 teams from companies of different sizes and sectors).
